Mo Duk Pai is proud to announce our 5th Annual Fall Kid’s Tournament.

This year, the event will take place on Saturday, October 25th at the Academy of Kung Fu. The doors will open at 8:30AM. The event will run from 9:00AM until noon.

All martial arts students currently enrolled in a kid’s program are welcome to attend. There will be three categories that students can choose from to compete in: grappling, forms and sparring. Students can compete in one, two or three events – whatever they choose. Within those categories, students will be separated by age and rank for fairness and fun. Competitors earning 1st through 3rd place will receive a medal.

For grappling and sparring, all competitors will be guaranteed a minimum of two matches. During the grappling, there will be no submissions but instead students can earn points by establishing and holding a dominant position. Sparring will be point based, and the match will stop after each point. Forms will be judged based on stances, power and athleticism.

Cost of registration is $10 online or $20 at the door. Spectators are free.
