There are two upcoming seminars, both held at the Academy of Kung Fu, each is three hours long and each costs only $25! The first, “Hone your Sport, Sharpen your Street” will be led by Professor King (the founder of Mo Duk Pai) and will cover improving your sport martial art and drills to strengthen your street defense skills.
The second, “Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Eye Opener” will be taught by Bill Bradley (of Alive MMA) and will cover some basic underlying concepts of grappling and how to apply submissions using technique and position.
